GGG Kulturkick commissioned me to create a video that captures and communicates the essence of 7doors, an installation-based gallery project by artist Isatou Jallow. As a freelance Interactive Media Designer and content creator, I led the full production process — from research and interview preparation to filming, editing, and preparing the final version for social media. The biggest challenge was recording in a highly reverberant space near a busy street without access to external audio equipment — a limitation I’ve since addressed in my setup.
Solution
The video communicates the core themes of 7doors with sensitivity and visual clarity. It was well received on social media and generated over 30% more engagement than other posts in the same format. This project deepened my experience in leading full-cycle video production, strengthened my skills as an Interaction Designer, and expanded my knowledge in video production, client communication, and project management.
